Pros Lots of traffic to their website which brings customers to their experts. Has feature rich software that supports both chat and phone. Purchased by ATT so they have some solid backing. They have a huge amount of traffic but appeals mostly to the psychic and spiritual customers. Integrates with Skype and PayPal nicely. Can support international customers using skype voip and headsets. Allows you to add multiple users under one account so you can create virtual call center. You dont have to wait to get paid either. You get your own 800 number. Customers dont have to initiate the call from the web, they can just call your 800 number and enter their billing info over the phone.

hmm liveperson and skypeprime seem the best of the breed,
any experience in any of those?
Skype probably wins because of skype's critical mass?
